Infinity Festival | Hollywood, CA
November 7-9, 2019

The 2019 Infinity Festival (IF) was a three-day fusion of Silicon Valley innovators and Hollywood storytellers, featuring a fast-paced keynote, six different breakout tracks, countless film screenings, an awards ceremony, a sponsor expo, VIP rooftop networking party, and a museum exhibition blending Art + Tech.

Sponsored by heavy hitters such as MasterCard, HP, AWS, Ryot, the Los Angeles Times, and Intel, the event spanned three venues – Goya Studios, The Dream Hotel and Dolby Cinema at the Vine – and focused on six key technologies: 5G, Artificial Intelligence, Content, Wellness, Blockchain and XR. Media reach was more than 264 Million, including People, IGN, The Los Angeles Times, The Hollywood Reporter, and more than 40 different podcasts.

This year, Infinity Festival wanted to increase their attendance, provide better ancillary offerings (catering, networking, etc.) and upscale their production game, creating a buzz in the industry with a maximum of post-event media impressions.

FNTECH helped them reach their goals by implementing weekly sessions that focused on results. In conjunction with the Infinity team, we planned all areas—production, event management and creative design—in concert with one another. This allowed us to identify any duplication of effort and reduce churn in the development process. We also provided IF with the latest audio/visual equipment, imaginative new design for a fresh, cohesive look throughout the spaces (without breaking the bank), a customized sponsor portal that gave those in the expo the ability to order everything they needed for their booths online, as well as a robust event support plan. Everything from waste management to shipping logistics and speaker management was meticulously planned in advance.

The IF event had more than 200 speakers and 2,400 attendees; the breakdown of which was approximately 30% C-Suite, 30% creative, and 40% industry-related.

Technology and film. What an amazing and busy intersection to navigate!
